Many students with disabilities and additional needs study successfully at university. You can get support to suit your personal circumstances. There is also extra funding available to help with your costs in the form of the Disabled Students' Allowance and other grants.
If you have special needs, it
is important to talk to the relevant disability advisers
before you apply. They are there to work with departments to
determine if your needs can be met. The BBC website Ouch ! has
